Vlow is a voice-first desktop assistant for Mac and Windows. Press your talk key (F2 on Mac, Right Ctrl on Windows by default), speak, and clean text appears at your cursor in any app. It also takes voice notes, does voice calculations, and rewrites or translates selected text with F3. The free version gives unlimited local voice input forever; Pro is an optional yearly plan at US$69/year with no auto-renewal.
Voice typing on Windows in three steps
- Download Vlow for Windows (Windows 10/11, x64) from the download page.
- Put your cursor in any text field.
- Press Right Ctrl (the default talk key) and speak. A one-line capsule shows the live text; when you stop, the polished text is pasted at your cursor.
Why not just Windows voice typing (Win + H)?
Windows’ built-in voice typing is free and fine for short phrases. Vlow adds cleanup: filler words removed, punctuation and paragraphs added, eight polish modes (email, prompt, commit message, task list and more), mixed Chinese–English, a personal dictionary, history, voice notes and voice calculation.
