Vlow Privacy Policy
Vlow is provided by Sichuan Zhaoyu Qiangpai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (四川兆域强排智能科技有限公司, “we”, “us”). Registered address: Room 405, 4th Floor, Unit 1, Building 7, No. 188 Jinhe West 1st Street, Hi-tech Zone, Chengdu, Sichuan, China. Contact: zhuhuajun@zyqpai.cn.
This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights.
1. Information we collect
- Account: the email address you sign in with, used for sign-in, linking your Pro licence and support.
- Device and licence: to enforce the 2-device limit we record a processed device identifier, device name, OS type and licence status.
- Orders: order ID, amount, payment method type, status and time. We do not collect or store card numbers; payments are handled by Stripe.
- Region: we infer your region from your IP address to show the right prices and payment options. We do not track your precise location.
- Launch-notification email: an address you leave on our website, used only to tell you about releases. You can unsubscribe and have it deleted at any time.
2. Voice and text
- Your voice is recognised on your own computer and is never uploaded to our servers.
- Cloud polish is optional and provided by Vlow. Only when you turn it on is the recognised text (no audio) sent over an encrypted connection to our Cloud polish service to produce the polished result; this processing may be done by model service providers we engage. The text is not used to train models and is not retained after processing.
- With Cloud polish off, tidying happens entirely on your computer. History and your personal dictionary are stored locally on your computer.
3. How we use information
Only to provide sign-in, licence checks, order processing, support, security and fraud prevention, and to meet legal obligations. We do not use it for unrelated purposes and we never sell your personal information.
4. Sharing and processors
- Payment processor (Stripe): the order information needed to complete payment.
- Cloud providers (such as Cloudflare and Alibaba Cloud): hosting our servers and data.
- Model service providers we engage: only when you turn on Cloud polish, to process recognised text into the polished result — not for training and not retained.
- Where required by law or by a competent authority.
Our services are operated from China and through global cloud infrastructure, so your information may be processed outside your country; we protect it as described in this policy.
5. Storage and security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and other measures. We keep personal information only as long as needed for these purposes, unless the law requires longer (for example, transaction records).
6. Your rights
Email zhuhuajun@zyqpai.cn to access, correct, copy or delete your personal information, withdraw consent or delete your account. We will reply within 15 working days.
7. Children
Vlow is intended mainly for adults. If you are under 14 (or the minimum age in your country), use it only with a parent’s or guardian’s consent and guidance.
8. Updates
We may update this policy and will publish the update on this page; material changes will be notified in a reasonable way.
